In March 2009 Becky became President and CEO of Lenbrook. She had been a board member and Chairman of the board's Governance Committee since 2003.
Becky has over 25 years of executive level experience in healthcare. She holds a B.A. in Education from the Cincinnati Bible Seminary in Cincinnati, Ohio and Masters work in Healthcare Planning & Administration at the University of Cincinnati in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Becky retired in 2003 as senior vice president and chief operating officer of Children's Healthcare of Atlanta, after a 20-year career that concluded with the successful merger of Egleston Children's Healthcare System and Scottish Rite Children's Medical Center in 1998. As one of the top executives at Children's, she oversaw operations for one of the largest pediatric healthcare systems in the country, guiding key areas such as financial management, staffing, strategic planning and expansion.
Dwight, Becky's husband, is Pastor of the Christian Unity Baptist Church. They have two daughters and five grandchildren.
